Join the TruthWiFi wifi
Open Wi-Fi settings on your phone and tap TruthWiFi. This page only works once you're on it.

Buy a package
Pick the package you want. We'll send an M-Pesa request to the number on your account — approve it with your PIN.

Wait a few seconds
Once the payment lands we connect you automatically. You don't need to do anything else.
If something goes wrong
- The page says I'm not on a TruthWiFi hotspot
- Your phone has dropped off the wifi. Open Wi-Fi settings, tap TruthWiFi again, then come back to this page.
- I paid but I'm still not online
- Give it a few seconds — payments can take a moment to reach us. Then tap check again on the front page. Don't pay a second time.
- My payment never reached my account
- It happens when a payment comes in without the right account number on it. Open Claim a payment, enter the code from your M-Pesa message, and we'll add it. Claim a payment
- It says I already have a package
- You've got one running already. You can keep using it, or confirm that you want a second one when we ask.
- My M-Pesa prompt never arrived
- The prompt goes to the number on your TruthWiFi account, which may not be the phone you're browsing on. Check that handset, then try again.
